What is the NIS2 Directive? 

The NIS2 Directive is EU-wide cybersecurity legislation proposed in January 2023 to improve upon NIS1, which was challenging to enforce and confusing for organizations to comply. 

NIS2’s main goal is to ensure that critical organizations heighten their security efforts and compliance. Overall, it’s intended to ensure that EU members take cybersecurity seriously.
