For the second year in a row, Forcepoint has received Frost & Sullivan’s award for Global Data Loss Prevention (DLP) World-Class Performance. In each award category, Frost & Sullivan evaluates nominees based on global independent research it conducts throughout the year. Here’s a snapshot of their evaluation criteria:

These days, companies recognize the need to consistently secure data everywhere—across endpoints, SaaS apps, email, and web—managed in whatever way best fits their needs (on-premises or in a cloud console). Sensitive data must be protected so that it doesn’t end up in inappropriate places, such as unauthorized GenAI tools. Meanwhile, countries all over the world continue to introduce new data privacy regulations and requirements at a dizzying pace.

Forcepoint excels at customized data protection solutions

Specifically, Frost & Sullivan calls out three areas where Forcepoint DLP stands apart from the competition:

  • Evolving to meet changing customer needs – Frost & Sullivan acknowledges that Forcepoint has been a leader in terms of data security, meeting customers’ DLP needs whether managed on-premises or via the cloud. They also praised the universal coverage of our Software-as-a-Service DLP across endpoints, SaaS apps, web and email as well as our Risk-Adaptive Protection, which automatically selects policies based on user behavior to reduce false positives and improve enforcement.

  • Driving continuous improvement through customer feedback – They also recognized in 2024, based on customer feedback, we worked to streamline workflows, allowing security teams to work more efficiently and effectively by simplifying incident reporting, policy management and enforcement across all channels.

  • Providing stellar security, customized to clients – Frost & Sullivan appreciated the breadth that we offer to all customers, including large enterprises with complex data needs, to supporting smaller customers that need help transitioning to a cloud-based data solution. Additionally, they noted our innovative forensics capability, that provides access to contextual information via a streamlined set of tools.

Forcepoint strongly emphasizes improving the quality of life and management experience for the security analysts who utilize its tools.
