Karen Clark

Chief Human Resources Officer

Karen Clark is the chief human resources officer at Forcepoint. She is responsible for all aspects of the human resources function including human capital strategy, talent acquisition and talent development. Her role encompasses succession planning, employee engagement and total rewards as well as overseeing HR technology, process improvement and automation, and workforce analytics.

Clark is a global human resources executive leader who leverages successful growth strategies and human capital best practices to drive organizational effectiveness. Her proven expertise in HR strategy, training, culture development and proactive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategies, global compliance, worker retention and succession planning produces business decisions aligned with corporate strategy and growth goals. She is also recognized as a motivational and empathetic leader who drives positive results and fosters mutual respect.

Prior to Forcepoint, Clark served as Raytheon’s Director of Human Resources, Cyber Products, where she led talent management initiatives which included identifying key talent for leadership development and succession planning, and driving strategic workforce planning and optimization activities. While at Raytheon, she successfully merged three Raytheon companies into the new Raytheon Cyber Products organization, leading development of the compensation strategy as well as benefits and process optimization.

Clark has also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for network security start-up Trusted Computer Solutions where she developed and enforced company policy and procedures relating to all phases of human resources, including compliance, compensation and benefit strategy, in support of a planned three-to-five year exit. She developed the strategy for recruitment and hiring to successfully staff all contracts within six months of joining the organization, and implemented a new-hire onboarding program to enable faster and more effective assimilation into the culture and structure of the organization.
